Frequently Asked Questions
To keep things up and running at the end of your trial, you will need to buy a 1-year or multi-year subscription – either online or over the phone. Your login details remain the same, and everything you created during the time of your trial (e.g. any portfolios you have imported, watchlists created or filters built, etc) remains active for a period to allow a smooth transition.
A Stock Doctor subscription is a 12–monthly commitment as a minimum. However, should anything unexpected occur, leading you to cancel your Stock Doctor subscription, a percentage of the original subscription may be payable. Please refer to our Financial Services Guide (FSG) in the privacy policy for more information. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, we offer a 30-day money–back guarantee.

You can gain full access to Stock Doctor for 14-days by taking up a trial. Alternatively, you can book a 45 min demo with one of our friendly Relationship Managers.
